Return & Refund Policy

At Utkal Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to supply high-quality automotive spare parts and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  3. The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, manuals, and invoices.
  4. The product has not been damaged, modified, or tampered with after delivery.
  5. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Special-order or custom-manufactured parts
  2. Electrical and electronic components that have been installed or used
  3. Products showing signs of installation, damage, misuse, or alteration
  4. Items returned without original packaging
  5. Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless defective)

3. Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive:

  2. An incorrect product
  3. A manufacturing-defective product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  3. Images of the packaging
  4. Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Returns should not be shipped without prior authorization.

Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with shipment tracking, as Utkal Enterprises is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Inspection and Approval

After receiving the returned product, our quality inspection team will examine the item.

If the return meets the conditions outlined in this policy, the refund or replacement will be approved.

If the product does not meet our return requirements, it may be shipped back to the customer without a refund.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after successful inspection.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in situations such as:

  4. Products showing signs of handling beyond inspection

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-made or special-order products cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has begun.
